ULTRAVIOLENCE is a four piece rock n roll band out of Toronto, Canada.  With influences such as AC/DC, Guns N Roses, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Chuck Berry UV is looking to bring their brand of “Filthy Dirty Rock n’ Roll” to the entire planet. Comprised of some of Toronto’s finest musicians, UV is a collective of members from 5 different prominent local Toronto bands (Zuku, Obsidian, Born Destroyers, Mindsight, and One True Faith).

Having just recently finished playing 7 mind-melting, sweat n’ beer soaked rock n’ roll shows in 5 weeks as part of a residency  (which was offered immediately at the end of our first live show ever!!) at The Rok Boutique, UV is now setting their sights on a more national and international level. Heralded, in just their first month, as one of Toronto’s premier Rock n Roll outfits, UV is set to take the country by storm! Combining UV’s trademark originals (including bonafide rock n roll anthems “Hey Little Mama” and “Heartbreaker”) with some of the most sought after covers is what takes UV’s live show to the next level.  Playing anything from AC/DC to Zeppelin to Skynyrd to GnR to Chuck Berry and Elvis, UV most definitely knows how to keep crowds dancin’, singin’, drinkin’ and partyin’ ALL NIGHT LONG! It is this unique combination of superior musicianship, countless hours of live experience, unparalleled versatility (each member of UV plays guitar, drums, bass, and can sing!) plus a thorough understanding of what makes rock n roll truly Rock N Roll, that separates UV from the many bands attempting this kind of music.  Don’t believe it? Like countless UV fans have said “You gotta’ see it live to believe it!!!”
