Be sure to include your name, address and something that proves you are the ultimate Constantines fan.  Be creative.  Ideas for proof include pictures of the Constatines, pictures of you with the band, letting us know how many shows you've been to, a song or poem about the band, a cover song your band does of the Constantines, a youtube video, etc.

The prize pack includes:
- 1 copy of the new 7" single Hard Feelings
- 1 Constatines T-Shirt
- 1 Exclusive Kensington Heights poster
