CD Review: The Creepshow - Run For Your Life Print E-mail
The Creepshow Run For Your Life By: TJ Liebgott
February 10, 2009

The Creepshow's sophomore album Run For Your Life perfectly exemplifies why this Toronto band won a Punk-O-Rama F-U award for most energetic live band.  Run For Your Life plays out more like a live set in your living room than a recorded CD.  Chock full of high energy, mass adrenaline and great tunes, Run For Your Life is a 30 minute sprint of Psychobilly that will leave you craving more.

It's next to impossible to pick out a handful of great songs on this album since it sounds more like a "best of" compilation.  There is not a single song of filler on Run For Your Life

From the minute "Rue Morgue Radio" starts playing, you will instantly be sucked into The Creepshow's sound.  This uber-catchy track will have you singing its chorus for weeks on end.  Songs like "Run For Your Life," "Take My Hand," "You'll Come Crawlin'," "Dearly Departed" and "Rock 'N' Roll Sweetheart" will put to rest any second thoughts one may have on picking up this killer record.
